The CrunchCup has separate chambers for the cereal and milk. Each has their own separate hole in the lid from which they are easily dispensed. The cereal and milk don't meet until they hit your mouth, making soggy cereal a thing of the past.
The CrunchCup® holds just under 2 servings of cereal (approximately 1.6 cups / 364ml of cereal). The outer chamber can hold up to 12 oz of liquid, allowing you to adjust the amount of milk depending on your preference.
This can be done two different ways. One is to put your finger over the tiny breather hold on the lid. The second is to partially cover the milk spout with your lower lip as the milk is coming out. This will ensure you get the right ratio of cereal to milk every time.
Yes, we recommend washing The CrunchCup on the top rack of your dishwasher. The cup is also shatter resistant, and has been tested by two different third-party labs for safety.
Before every use, we advise that you double-check the following components to ensure that your CrunchCup is functioning optimally: 1) Inner Cup and Colored Lid: Ensure that the inner cereal cup is completely 'twisted' into the top colored lid. All the inner grooves should align so that there are no gaps between the two parts. Also, make sure that the lid is fully tightened to the inner cup before every use. 2) Outer Cup: To reduce the possibility of milk leaks, always remember to check that the outer milk cup is completely tightened around the colored lid. We recommend ensuring that the silicon ring inside the grooves of the colored lid is aligned and hasn't shifted or moved from the uppermost ridge of the cup. This can occur during transit when you first receive your cup, and after you wash your cup or place it on the top rack of your dishwasher.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any open or used cups due to health and safety restrictions. If any of the original packaging has been opened and/or used, we, cannot accept a return or offer a full refund at this time.

The CrunchCup is not dual-insulated, however, we are considering it for future product development.
The CrunchCup is made out of a durable, high-grade, BPA-free, plastic. It looks like glass, is dent-proof and shatter resistant. It is also approved by the FDA and LFGB institutions for food safety.
We have done extensive testing and we don't recommend attempting to use the product with Frosted Mini Wheats or Weetabix.
The CrunchCup does not have a cap that fully seals it, so the contents may spill out from the top of the tumbler if it is laying on it's side. If you'd like to cover the top area, we suggest
A previously purchased item cannot be personalized at this time. To personalize a CrunchCup, an order must be placed with personalized text as an option.
Turnaround time for personalized items averages 10 business days. If you've purchased other non-personalized items from our store, they will be shipped separately and you will receive two tracking numbers. All personalized items are Final Sale.
There is a 10-character limit for text, including punctuation and spaces. At this time, emojis are not supported and all text is case-sensitive.
