Return Policy

At thecrunchcup.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. 


Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credit

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were received.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

*CLEARANCE and FINAL Sale items are excluded as these items arenot eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and don’t include shipping costs paid on your original order. We'll do our best to get your refund processed as soon as possible; we'll send you an email when this occurs.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.

Instructions for Returns/Refunds, Exchanges, and Online Credit

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our returns portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the email you used to place your order. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email or Packing Slip.
  3. Select the order you would like to exchange or return.
  4. Choose if you would like an exchange, refund, or store credit.
  5. Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging product(s).
  6. Print the pre-paid return shipping label.
  7. Return your items within 30 days of your ship date for a refund, exchange or store credit. 
  8. Please note: The flat rate for returns is $7.50 USD - this total will be deducted from your refund total. 

Refunds

It’s a flat rate of $7.50 USD for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. 

Please note: We do NOT refund the original shipping charge.

If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the return shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You’ll be issued a pre-paid return shipping label. Print the label, stick the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and returns card from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us. 

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. If a refund is not received within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges

If you received a product in a color or style other than what you originally purchased, an exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect color or style is on us!

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’ by the postal carrier. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred color/style – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that option. If a color or style sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our items sell out very quickly so the faster you get it back to us, the better your chance of the alternative color/style being available and it reaching you.

Online Credit 

If you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now, online credit is your best option. Online credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card and are valid for 3 years. 

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre-paid label to send your items back and your store credit will be issued once your return is scanned with the supplied shipping label as 'in transit' with the postal carrier.

If you believe there is an issue with your product or have questions about your warranty coverage, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team atsupport@thecrunchcup.com. 

When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
