Refund policy

At thecrunchcup.com, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. 

Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were received. We will ask for a photograph of the item(s) you'd like to return to confirm this. 
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

*CLEARANCE and FINAL Sale items are excluded as these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (excluding any handling fees on all returns/refunds). We'll do our best to get your refund processed as soon as possible; we'll send you an email when this occurs.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post funds back to your account.

Instructions for Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our returns portal.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Choose if you would like an exchange or refund.
  6. Choose the reason you are returning or exchanging product(s). If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Add a note for the store with additional details if needed.
  8. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected by our team, you receive a refund.

Please return your items within 30 days of your ship date for a refund or exchange.

Please note: The flat rate for returns is $7.00 USD - this total will be deducted from your refund total. 

Refunds

It’s a flat rate of $7.00 USD for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. 

Please note: We do NOT refund the original shipping charge.

If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the return shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You’ll be issued a pre-paid return shipping label. Print the label, stick the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and returns card from your original order inside, and send the parcel back to us. 

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. If a refund is not received within this time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges & Replacement Warranty  

If you receive a product in a color or style other than what you originally purchased, or you have a product that is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@thecrunchcup.com. When reaching out please include your order number, a description, and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

If needed, you'll receive a prepaid return label to return the incorrect item. In all cases, the replacement will be sent to you right away. 

This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred color/style – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you will have the option to select a different style/ color or receive a refund for your purchase.

Product Issues and Warranty Coverage

The CrunchCup comes with a two-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we’ll send you a replacement part absolutely FREE within the first 24 months of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@thecrunchcup.com.

When reaching out, please include your order number, a description, and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if the original item(s) arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy.
