Order Processing & Fulfillment 

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE: Please refer to the shipping delivery times listed here to ensure your parcel is delivered in time for the 2025 holiday season.

Most shipments will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times typically take 4-6 business days with our standard shipping option or 2-3 business days with our expedited shipping option. 

We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee and many factors outside of our control may delay your delivery.*

We offer flat-rate shipping for delivery to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crunch Tech Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Free Shipping Threshold - US, Canada, UK, and Australia

We offer free shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, and Australia for orders above $45 USD, your subtotal must reach $45 USD after all discounts and promotions are applied. This threshold is for the price of products after all discounts and promotions— it does not include taxes and shipping charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery date (this can be found on your shipping confirmation email and order tracking email), please contact us atsupport@thecrunchcup.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Oh no! We want you to get your package as soon as possible, but before you're made to wait for a new shipment, we also want to make sure that the parcel isn't hiding nearby.

First, please check to see if your order was left with a neighbor, roommate, or another relative that may have accepted the package for you. Postal carriers occasionally leave items in unusual locations to prevent them from being stolen, so it might be helpful to give your entryway or porch a quick once-over as well.

If you still can't find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

Finally, sometimes shipping carriers will also occasionally mark items as delivered a few days in advance.

We kindly request that customers wait for up to 10 additional business days from the date of delivery to see if the package shows up.

If it does not, please reach out to support@thecrunchcup.com with your order number and we would be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns of any product that has been used. Please be mindful of ourreturn policy when placing your order.

We will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item isunused and in its original condition for a refund of the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please review ourReturn Policy here.

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or missing from your order:

  • Missing/ Incorrect Product: Please photograph the products that you received along with a photo of your order receipt or packing slip and email us atsupport@thecrunchcup.com within 48 hoursof order delivery.
  • Broken or Damaged Product:Please photograph the broken or damaged products that you received and email us within 48 hours of order delivery tosupport@thecrunchcup.com.

We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
