Shipping, Returns & Warranty FAQ

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty - however, you must cancel your order before it ships! If the item has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. If you'd still like to return your order once it's received, please use our easy return system to send back your order for a full refund.

We try our best to ship out all orders as fast as we can. Please expect your order to ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been confirmed. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at support@thecrunchcup.com with your order number so we can investigate further.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an old or incorrect address during checkout, simply reply to your order email confirmation and kindly notify us by supplying the correct shipping address. If the provided address is incorrect, we can manually change the address to the correct one you provide within 1 hour after your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if your corrected information is not provided within hour of placing your order.

Please double and triple check your shipping information prior to completing your purchase.

Oh no! We want you to get your package as soon as possible, but before you're made to wait for a new shipment, we also want to make sure that the parcel isn't hiding nearby.

First, please check to see if your order was left with a neighbor, roommate, or another relative that may have accepted the package for you. Postal carriers occasionally leave items in unusual locations to prevent them from being stolen, so it might be helpful to give your entryway or porch a quick once-over as well.

If you still can't find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

Finally, sometimes shipping carriers will also occasionally mark items as delivered a few days in advance.

We kindly request that customers wait for up to 10 additional business days from the date of delivery to see if the package shows up.

If it does not, please reach out to support@thecrunchcup.com with your order number and we would be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is damaged. We give you 30-days to ship it back and will cover shipping expenses for any damaged or defected item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Replacement parts are subject to warranty check. To register your product(s) for our 2-year product warranty please fill out this form.
