    The holiday season is upon us, and we want to ensure that your gifts and packages arrive on time.

    We are noticing a lot of carriers failing to update the tracking status to packages until delivery, please be patient as shipping becomes very congested during this time of the year. We recommend using express/expedited shipping if ordering after December 16th, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Dec 25th for all regions if ordering after this date. *Please refer to the shipping estimates below*

    To help you plan your holiday shopping, please take note of the following cut-off dates for delivery on or before December 24, 2023.

    Due to the current high volume of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments. Most orders should ship within 3-5 business days after being placed. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    Please refer to the delivery times listed below. While there is no guarantee by carriers for delivery by or on a particular day, the below guidance takes into account the cutoffs provided by our carriers to have a high likelihood of being delivered before Christmas. However, these are just estimates, and peak shipping can lead to unexpected delays.

    2. Expedited Shipping cut-off date: December 20, 2024

    *US domestic cutoff dates exclude AK, HI, PO boxes, and military bases. 

    For delivery before Christmas in the UK:

    1. Standard Shipping cut-off date: December 17, 2024
    2. Expedited Shipping cut-off date: December 19, 2024

    For delivery before Christmas in Canada:

    1. Standard Shipping cut-off date: December 10, 2024
    2. Expedited Shipping cut-off date: December 20, 2024

    For delivery before Christmas in Australia:

    1. Standard Shipping cut-off date: December 12, 2024
    2. Expedited Shipping cut-off date: December 19, 2024

    For delivery before Christmas in all other countries:
